Zizzania and Tangerine Rosemary

At the center of a tourist itinerary, the B&B la Zizzania e il Mandarino is a one-of-a-kind residence. It is located in Roccagloriosa in the Cilento Park in a renovated 18th-century building. In the restoration, we tried to keep the original architectural features intact, the floors, the exposed beams, the elegant staircase that leads to the first floor, but also to make the right changes to offer guests and the inhabitants of the house every comfort. The space We are located in Rocchetta, in the center between Mount Bulgaria, the sea and a valley that stretches as far as the eye can see. When the guest arrives, they are struck by the beauty of the view overlooking Mount Bulgaria and the good, healthy air. La Zizzania e il Mandarino offers a bed and breakfast service. A rich breakfast marks the beginning of the day, with the energy of freshly baked cakes and the taste of typical products, perhaps before visiting the archaeological excavations and the antiquarium dating back to the 4th century (UNESCO heritage) or going to dive into the crystal clear waters of the coast of Palinuro-Marina di Camerota-Scario. The alternative is to go on the trekking routes of considerable natural and landscape interest of the Cilento National Park (another UNESCO heritage site). The room called Rosmarino is located on the attic floor, it is two communicating rooms separated by a door. It is a large, airy and cozy room. The bedroom with a double bed has a side window overlooking the roofs of the village and an electrified Velux attic window with a mosquito net and blackout blind. In the adjacent room, a comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 people; the side window overlooks the Mingardo valley and the manual attic window with blackout and mosquito net. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a shower with a cabin. A fan is available for guests if needed.
