The apartment: This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, has an independent entrance from the side of the property and can accommodate up to two guests. The superb living room, which also integrates the fully equipped practical kitchen, features a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa. The apartment features a spacious bathroom with a shower and a roomy bedroom with a double bed, which also has access to a private terrace, perfect for enjoying at any time of the day. The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance. The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces. The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols To be taken into account: IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU).
