Harbour Escapes are delighted to offer 'Everglades', an exclusive 5 bedroom residence is located in a prime position in Branksome Park and offering a unique setting to host a memorable family holiday! This very large house is extremely private and is set in a large garden plot. The kitchen and conservatory have doors that open up onto a sunny courtyard with hot tub and outdoor kitchen. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suites. Close to Canford Cliffs village and sandy beaches. Stunning! The space Everglades is the epitome of stylish relaxation, beautifully appointed with high-end furnishings throughout. Situated up a long drive behind security gates, there’s plenty of parking space for several cars. Both the front and back gardens are completely private, with various areas for entertaining, dining, relaxing, exploring and playing. In fact, the lawn is large enough for you to host your own private sports day, should you so desire! Then you can ease your aching muscles in the bubbling hot tub. Guests are greeted by a piano in the reception area, and are invited to tickle the ivories. The living room is decked out with super-comfortable sofas, where you can kick back to watch something on the cinema equipment. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of integrated appliances and cooking facilities, and has a breakfast bar with four tall chairs. The adjoining dining room has a table that can seat eight people. The nautical-themed conservatory, complete with log burner and access to the outside patio, is also a wonderful spot to spend time. The five bedrooms all have an en-suite – with the fourth and fifth bedrooms sharing a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom. The impressive master bedroom is very large and has a staircase that leads to a galleried area overlooking the room. Its multi-aspect outlook, combined with double-height ceiling, means it’s streaming with natural light. The other bedrooms are also generous in size, with plenty of storage space for guests’ belongings. Guest access Access to the house is provided by personalised check-in by our Guest Services team from 4pm. We will meet you there and walk through the entire property showing you all amenities and provide you with your welcome pack, a smile and anything else you may have previously requested. The host, Harbour Escapes, will be on hand before, during and after guests' stays to provide support and quickly respond to guest requests. Our experienced team will ensure you have a relaxing and memorable stay. Other things to note Property can sleep a maximum of 10 adults and 6 children. Dog Friendly Fret not, you won’t need to send your four-legged friend to the kennels or rely on a kind neighbour to look after your pooch while you’re away. When you enquire or book with us, please let us know that you intend to bring your dog, so that we can get everything in order for you. We can also suggest dog walks, let you know which beaches allow dogs and recommend dog-friendly day trips. Top tip: if you want to take Fido to the beach, head to Sandbanks in Poole, where there’s a dog wash. Woof!
