A great location not far from the A17 /A16 perfect to explore all that Lincolnshire has to offer. A cosy 2 bed barn conversion with enclosed garden and Wi-Fi. Modern yet homely and fully equipped with all you need for a break away. The Nook can accommodate 3 people and your four legged friend. The space We provide private parking right outside the front door. As you access the barn you are straight into the beautifully designed open plan kitchen/diner and lounge area. With patio doors out from the lounge into your private garden with patio/dining area. The garden is lawn and shrubs with views across the adjacent fields and across the farm yard. Lots of quiet country lanes to explore and walk the dog. Back inside turn left as you come in the front door and you’ll find a hall way leading to the wc/shower room, a single bedroom and a double bedroom. Guest access You have a private parking space, single story barn and enclosed garden all to yourselves. Please note the entrance drive is shared with another barn stay and a family farm yard.
