Small cottage in the woods

This small, all-wood chalet welcomes you in a 3-hectare park. A playground is to be shared with two other chalets (50 m and 15 m between each). Made for a family or group of friends. Ideal for recharging your batteries, isolated in the woods and in direct contact with nature and the animals that come around the cottage. A tent can be pitched to accommodate teenagers, for example! Don't hesitate to tell me about it! The space The cottage is composed of a main room with the double bed that can be closed by a curtain and a bedroom with 3 single beds (the box springs have just been changed the previous ones were too small for the mattresses), a dining area closed by a curtain, a kitchenette (stove (oven and electric hobs), kettle, Senseo, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, raclette/plancha machine, fondue machine, small electric deep fryer) and a bathroom area (the shower is barely 2m high, there is on site a changing table as well as an umbrella bed) all on a 3 hectare lot surrounded by wood. Please let me know if you would like the umbrella bed and changing table. The land is composed of 3 cottages 50 m and 15 m away (the second is larger and the third is 4 people) each with private parking for several cars. You will be parked 50m from the chalet in a limestone parking lot. The play air is common with the other cottage. A project on the site with the second chalet do not hesitate to tell me about it! You are in the forest, ants are often present... products are provided to limit the invasion but at certain times they come in in number... there is air conditioning, a blind banne and an umbrella for your comfort! Dogs must be declared when booking and kept on a leash (wild animals on site). There is a hiking trail along the property where you can let them run around without any problems! Please be quiet and do not make noise outside from 11:30 p.m. at the latest. Do not roll on the grass. The pathway is a poorly maintained communal limestone path by the municipality there may be holes, you have to drive gently. All cottages are rentable on this site Guest access The accommodation is entirely dedicated to your rental, the children's play area is shared only. I will welcome you, but if I am not available, there is a lockbox for which I will provide the code before your arrival. Any visit by an outside person is subject to authorization. Other things to note An awning has been installed and garden furniture is now available on the terrace. Ants may visit you and products are provided to make their presence less invasive! Do not leave the awning or parasol open in your absence and close them in case of wind. Outdoor cushions should be stored in the box at the back of the garden furniture.
