Two minutes to the old town of Rheinfelden (CH) or downtown Rheinfelden (D). Five minutes to the train station Rhf (D) and 15 Rhf (CH). Good and fast connection to Basel (10 min.) and Zurich (1 h). There is plenty of space for luggage, several built-in closets and a walk-in closet. Full sofa bed. Lighting color controllable. The space Flooded with light with two large convertible skylights that awaken a balcony feeling, the apartment with fantastic views of the Rhine offers plenty of space to relax. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, bedroom with built-in wardrobe, walk-in wardrobe and TV. High-quality sofa bed in the living room and huge built-in closet, so that four people can reside comfortably. Fully equipped with common spices, toaster, hand blender, Kitchenaid, microwave, AirFryer, smoothie maker, ice cream maker, steamer, rice cooker, fondue sets for meat, cheese and chocolate, juicer, Bose Sound Dock, wood stove, Philips hue controllable lighting, hair dryer, iron, and much more. Storage facilities for bicycles are available. Natural private garden partially fenced, usable for dogs. Barbecue and fire basket available. Loungers and seating in front of and behind the house. Linens and towels are provided. You are responsible for putting them on and taking them off for organizational, hygienic and health reasons. Guest access Access to the apartment, garden for barbecues. Basement by arrangement for kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer, etc. Other things to note Flat screen in the bedroom, optional ergonomic workplace in a dream swing, yoga trapeze, wireless mobile phone charger, Bose Sound Dock, hair dryer, common spices, many kitchen appliances available, e.g. Kitchenaid, steamer, hot air fryer, smoothie maker. Extendable dining table, more chairs available. Washing machine and laundry dryer in the basement can be used by arrangement. Some family board games are available. Many pillows, blankets, towels and duvet covers are provided. For hygienic and health reasons and also because everyone has a different preference when it comes to blankets and pillows or mattress toppers, I ask guests to make and unmake their beds themselves. Cleaning can be booked on request. To live sustainably and in an environmentally friendly way, I use organic cleaning agents and ask you to conserve resources. Long-term special conditions on request.
