We are located within walking distance of Newport's vibrant Broadway sector, charming waterfront and city center. Our home is located in the north end of Newport. Our household offers guests a friendly neighborhood setting to enjoy their stay in our charming seaside town. Restaurants, shops, historic destinations. It’s all here! This “Below Deck” is located on the first floor, with one full size bed and a living space with an extremely comfortable queen size pull out sofa. A private full bathroom, separate kitchen with modern appliances, coffee maker and tea kettle. Owners on site but you have full run of guest suite with its own private entrance. This special suite is for mature travelers who appreciate a nice getaway and enjoy being unplugged during their stay. Guest access Guests enter the private space below the main house. This private room is called “Below Deck.” The private entrance is through the side gate. There are three steps to enter “Below Deck” and three steps to exit. During your stay Per city of Newport ordinance of the Transient Guest Facility, we reside upstairs however, we are always available to assist by phone or text. Other things to note There is hook up for electric vehicle for an additional charge. The homeowners have a very large cat that is allowed in the garden.
