For the holidays or for the weekend, we offer our family home located in the countryside, quiet, in a green setting offering a nice view of the forest and the Eure valley. Nature addicts, we also have animals (sheep, chickens, roosters) that you can meet! Our 1850s house will offer you the charm of the old for a real break! A13 5 minutes away and close to: Giverny, Les Andelys, Vernon, Rouen, Paris, Evreux The space Our house from the 1850s will offer you the charm of the old and the calm of the countryside just a few minutes from the beautiful Norman towns! On the ground floor: You enter through a small airlock to drop off your coats and shoes to make yourself comfortable! The dining room welcomes you with an extendable table and a sideboard available. As an extension, you will find the living room with TV, wood stove and sofa bed. It's a spacious and pleasant room! The kitchen is small but functional. Basic amenities are at your fingertips as well as some condiments. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and sink. On the first floor: The staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms (including that of our children which is not rented) and 1 toilet. Bedroom 1 is spacious, it includes a double bed (160 x 200). It is possible to add a baby bed. Bedroom 2 consists of a walk-in closet, a convertible sofa bed (140 x 190) and comfortable and a desk area. The rooms are bright and the windows have blackout curtains. Outside: Outdoor games for children. A large lawn Ample car parking A picnic table A garden furniture table Deckchairs Geographical location: The accommodation is located at: - 3 minutes by car from the village with all shops (bakery, grocery store, bar/tobacco/news, butcher shop, pharmacy...) - 25 minutes from Giverny to visit the gardens and house of Claude Monet - 40 minutes from Rouen - 20 minutes from Evreux - 10 minutes from Gaillon - 20 minutes from Les Andelys for Château Gaillard. - 1 hour from Paris - 1.5 hours from the Normandy coast In our pretty Eure Valley, great activities can be organized: hiking, canoeing, walking on the Seine...
