Manhattan Beach Downtown is a bustling beach community, full of world class dining, shopping and entertainment and is only a 25 minute walk (or 7min bike ride) along the beach. Take a foam surf board, chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and toys down to the ocean. Rinse your sandy toes off in the outdoor shower. we have 2 e-bikes available for rental at an additional rate. Relax in the living room which features a comfortable pull-out couch. Our entertainment system is a smart projector which is so fun for movie nights. The bedroom has ample storage and green tea, memory foam, medium firm Queen mattress with non-down sleeping pillows and duvet. A pack-and-play is available by request. A full size kitchen is great for preparing meals at home. Nespresso (with 12 pods) and French press are provided for coffee. We also have a bullet blender, Brita filtered water, and crock pot for use. Games, toys, beach gear, and other children's items are available. Please request a list if applicable. designated Laundry is located in the semi-private garage as well as bike storage. (car parking is street only, which can require some searching during busy times. It is recommended that you use alternate transportation during summer months). Unit can be accessed through a narrow allyway, or through a garage (semi-private garage, owner's store their own bikes and scooters here as well as guest use items). The back unit is private and no one accesses the enty area other than guests. Guest access You will be given a code for the duration of your stay. The apartment is accessed through a narrow ally to the left of the stairs, or through the garage and into the outdoor entryway. The garage contains beach gear and a washer dryer for guest use Other things to note Parking in the sand/coastal section of Manhattan Beach can be limited. Especially during the summer season. Please be prepared to locate street parking during the day, and take advantage of an overnight parking pass for the beach lot at night. You may park for free in the lot from 6pm-8am and will not have access to an exit between during these hours. Cars must be in the lot by 8pm and must remain till gates open at 6. Then, you can feed the meter for up to 4 hours of additional paid parking. Please read the instructions on the pass carefully.
