There is a motion-sensor alarm system that guests can activate or deactivate from inside the house. For security purposes, a camera monitors the garden area. A friendly local family lives nearby, which helps the area feel safe and welcoming while still offering a peaceful countryside atmosphere. --- A Note About the Surroundings Because the house is located in an orchard area, fruit harvesting takes place a few days each year. During these times you may occasionally see workers or tractors in nearby fields. In the summer months, the municipal wedding garden in the area may host events, and distant music may sometimes be heard in the evenings. As we are in a natural environment, there may occasionally be flies or insects. Guest access The total property is approximately 500 m², and the entire area is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the tiny house. You will have full private access to the garden, terrace and outdoor spaces. The land is fully fenced, and guests can safely park their cars inside the property. Other things to note Things to Note **Access to the property** There is a narrow turn from the main road to the street where the house is located. Standard vehicles can access the property, and we regularly use this road with vehicles such as pickup trucks and moving vans. **Respect for neighbors** There is a neighboring family living nearby. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask guests to keep music and noise levels low **after 10:00 PM and before 10:00 AM**. **Natural environment** As the house is located in a natural orchard area, flies and insects may occasionally be present. All windows and doors are equipped with insect screens, and we recommend keeping them closed when needed. --- Pets Pets are welcome in our home. The garden includes small trees and flowers that we take care of with great attention. If a pet damages plants or trees, guests may be asked to cover the cost of replacing them with new seedlings. If your pet causes damage inside the house (for example scratching furniture), the owner is responsible for covering the repair or replacement cost.
