This is NOT a premium vacation home! This property allows a maximum of 1 standard size motor vehicle to be parked on the driveway. Other things to note PROBLEMS WITH THE VILLA: During your stay if you experience any difficulties we are available to assist you 24 hours per day. Please telephone the head office during your stay if you have any questions. EXCESSIVE NOISE: This rental is located in a residential location. Local law enforcement has a quiet time from 22:00 hours (10pm) – 07:00 hours (7am). Please observe this quiet time and keep noises at reduced levels. ------------------------------ TELEPHONE SERVICE: There is no telephone in this property. For international travelers, you would have to utilize your own mobile / cellular services. ------------------------------ COOKING BASICS: on the list of amenities we include the category “cooking basics”. The description of that category says “Pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper”. This rental location will include the pots and pans, however it will not include any food or drink items. This means there will not be any salt, pepper, cooking oils or any other item that is considered to be food. This location will also not include any beverage items other than tap water.
