The bus-stop immediately in front the property takes you into the CIty Centre. The spacious 2 bedroom groundfloor apartment has air conditioning, king size and queen size beds. You are never locked out with electronic locks. Cooks will enjoy the granite counter, 6-burner gas stove and big fridge. This spacious apartment is approximately 1500 square feet in size. It is in a residential neighbourhood located above the Castries CIty Centre so remote workers can focus. Tourists will enjoy recharging and relaxing at this home away from home after a day of exploring. There are two bedrooms. Air-conditioning is provided in both bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The residence can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Right in front of the property (two minutes walk) is a look out spot. You can see the Caribbean Sea and take in the sunset. If you are hungry and in need of a quick bite to eat, there is a place in walking distance around the corner for a quick drink, some food or to play pool. A gym is also located in the neighbourhood. Should you rent a vehicle, there is free offstreet parking on the premises and additional free parking is possible along the street. Should you choose to use public transportation, the 5A bus passes immediately in front the property. For EC$2.50 per person, you can hop a ride into the City Centre. For the same fare, the same bus will drop you back in fron the house when you are ready to return. This residential neighbourhood is located just above but not far removed from the city life in a suburban area. It is 10 minutes' drive from central Castries, the capital. Persons with children will appreciate the nearby recreational park and the apartment's close proximity to nearby beaches. There are multiple supermarkets, and other shops within a 10 minute radius. Additionally, the highway is 5 minutes' drive away. Persons without a vehicle can access public transportation right outside the front gate as the bus stop is in front the property. Have a vehicle? Gated (off-street) parking is available on the premises if you have a vehicle. There is additional parking availble along the street. Don't have a vehicle? The bus-stop is immediately in front the property. The local bus takes you directly into the city centre and capital, Castries. On average it could be a 10 minute ride. Although there is no bus schedule, buses pass regularly so there is not a long wait. The only exception is on a Sunday (especially Sunday afternoon).
