A little corner of the mountains

House on a cul-de-sac in the middle of a lot of green area. Great place to rest! Sleep with the sound of crickets and cicadas, wake up to the birds singing! Children can play in the street without worry because there is no car traffic. Well-lit and ventilated house, with spacious and comfortable rooms. We rent the entire ground floor of the house because our personal belongings are upstairs (but we don't stay in the house). The space Dutch-style townhouse with large room and high ceilings! There are 3 bedrooms available, each: - one queen-size double bed - a queen size bed - one queen size double bed + single A bathroom and a toilet will be available! All bedrooms have furniture planned! The kitchen has everything to prepare any meal; it also has coffee makers (dolce gusto and nespresso), espresso machine, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven! In addition to the dining table, there is a dining counter as well! There is a barbecue to prepare that little meat available! Outside you will find a solid wooden table of 4 meters to ensure meals! In the backyard, you have a two hammock space for rest and two grassy courts (soccer and volleyball) We will be happy to share our space that we love with you so much!! Other things to note We are 7 minutes from the city center where there are streets with shops and the main square We are neighbors of the Santa Lídia Dam and the Dr Jovino Silveira Dam (dam). Also near 3 restaurants: Dortmund Brewery Píer 360 (on the Santa Lídia dam) La Terrazza Restaurant Bed linen and towels are available at an additional cost of R$70.00/guest, as explained in the available amenities.
