Every room has ceiling fans, and the lot is wooded so it does stay relatively cool. - This home does not have Walloon Lake access but there is a small public access 1.5 miles down the road. Other great beach options include Walloon Lake Village public beach, and Petoskey State Park! - Bringing a boat with you? There is ample boat and trailer parking. A public boat launch on Walloon Lake is about a 10 minute drive from the cottage.
