Recently renovated, our family house is located near the Dordogne, in the middle of the orchards. We are close to the vineyards, the village of Saint Emilion being less than 20 minutes away. For golf lovers, you will also find the Golf de Saint-Emilion / Gardegan, of national renown and hosting some international competitions (ranked 3rd most beautiful golf in France). The house consists of 7 bedrooms which all have a double bed (1 king size and 6 queen size) and air conditioning, 7 bathrooms and 7 toilets. It will welcome you for relaxing stays and, being close to the Dordogne department, you can discover the castles that make it up as well as the Bordeaux vineyards. There you will find => 1 large fully equipped open kitchen and a laundry room also equipped (washer and dryer). 1 large dining room, with a capacity of 14 seats awaits you, as do the 2 terraces, which you will choose according to the times of the day. Large common areas, where everyone will find their place, will welcome you: The Grand Salon overlooking the rear terrace (for the end of the day) is extended by the Billiard room, and the lounge-playroom of the Studio. An office and especially a TV-library lounge await you for the end of the day. Wifi everywhere and on all floors with repeaters distributed throughout the house, and up to the edge of the pool. The pool is large enough (4 x 16 meters), secure (electric curtain) and sunny to accommodate young and old with its sunbeds and large umbrellas – the ball court is perfect for pétanque or Molky games (available on site ). Guest access In the middle of nature and surrounding countryside, in the locality of Micouleau, in the municipality of Flaujagues (33). By car, a space to park 4 cars By train => Bordeaux (or Libourne) TGV station but also Castillon-la-Bataille TER station (Bordeaux – Bergerac line) Easy access by train too, being less than 10 minutes from Castillon-La-Bataille train station (known for its historical role in the 100 Years War and its scenic cinema show during the summer). Other things to note Pool and garden maintenance is scheduled on Fridays. In case of a stay exceeding 1 week, an interim cleaning will be scheduled. Linens and towels are provided - and also pool towels. A large HD Connected TV is available (with DTT channel + configuration for Netflix, Amazon Prime video...) => come with your login credentials and codes
