Very quiet and cozy apartment, ideal for 4 people with all the comforts to spend a few days in Madrid. Away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, in front of a large park and 7 minutes' walk from the subway entrance with a direct line to the center in 35 minutes. 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and one en-suite with a double bed. 2 full bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen. Easy parking area without payment, except Monday for flea market The space Since October 1, 2025, the neighborhood community has forced us to remove the window from the master bedroom. Another window has been opened, which connects with the two-bed room so that it has ventilation and light. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the apartment is still just as cozy and provides the same services. The photos that appear after the plans are how it is currently. Guest access There is a UNIDE supermarket within a 6-minute walk. A restaurant with a terrace in the park, a 2-minute walk away, called El Madroño. Very nice and exceptional value for money. Do not leave the car in the open parking lot on Sunday night, as the tow truck takes it on Monday when there is a market.
