House on Lake Colico with a dock

Charming house on the waterfront of Lake Colico, perfect for relaxing with the whole family. It has private access to 50 meters of beach not shared with neighbors, perfect for privacy. It is located on a large private grassland with native forest, to experience the magic of the south. Additionally, it has a large terrace with a view almost above the lake. Also, a couple of meters from the house, the site has a barbecue grill to enjoy a delicious outdoor barbecue. The space It's a cozy house, a dream to relax and rest on the shores of the clear water lake. Guest access - A 50-meter-long private dock and beach, totally independent of neighbors. Sun all day on the beach. - Kayaks - 15,000 square meters of garden. Barbecue grill. - The house is in a beautiful forest and only 10 meters from the beach and has large areas of meadow. - Service patio Other things to note The dock during the fall and winter and part of the spring may NOT be installed due to the height of the lake, but if possible, if the height of the lake water allows it, it will be installed at an additional cost of $75,000 pesos for the stay. Boats or speedboats are not rented There is no boat ramp on the site but it can be arranged. Gas, electricity and garbage collection are charged separately through a guarantee that you must deposit well in advance of your check-in. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will be asked for a security deposit, which I will return to you the day after your check-out, based on your gas, electricity and garbage collection consumption during your stay. This guarantee payment that you will make will be $50,000 pesos per day of stay. The amount of the guarantee will be refunded to you, in the part not consumed, the day after your check-out. So if you use little heating or electricity, your money will be refunded according to your consumption. (A photo of the meters is taken upon your arrival and departure to calculate your consumption).
