Accommodating up to 10 people, it offers comfort, tranquility and direct access to nature. Fishing, water activities, paddleboards and relaxing moments await you in an enchanting setting. The perfect place to unplug and create beautiful memories with family or friends! The space Our property offers all the comforts you need for a memorable stay in the heart of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and much more, while the spacious living room, with its huge windows and 10-foot ceiling, allows you to fully enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and surrounding nature. Outside, you can enjoy a beautifully furnished terrace with a picnic table and a BBQ, a pleasant fire pit with chairs, and a floating dock right on the lake, ideal for relaxing, admiring the scenery or enjoying water activities. The cottage has four bedrooms: three bedrooms with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two full-size beds. A shower room is located upstairs, while a full bathroom with shower, washer and dryer is located on the ground floor. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. And to start your days off right, you can admire beautiful sunrises from the master bedrooms. A perfect place to unwind, enjoy nature and create beautiful memories with family or friends. Guest access Our chalet enjoys an ideal location for fully enjoying nature and the many activities in the area. It is located just 5 minutes from the entrance to the Passes-Dangereuses Controlled ZEC, offering easy access to trails and the great outdoors. In the village, you will find two convenience stores for the little things you've forgotten, as well as a host of facilities for the whole family: baseball field, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, horseshoe pits, outdoor ice rink, pump track, water play area and children's playground. A municipal beach with two volleyball courts is also accessible, as well as a bar offering on-site meals, depending on availability. The lake, where gasoline-powered boats are prohibited, offers a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for swimming and water activities. To make the most of the water, we provide two paddle boards, two kayaks for children under 100 lbs, a pedal boat and a small 12-foot rowboat. Snowmobile and quad bike enthusiasts will also be delighted thanks to direct access to the trails near the chalet. Whether you're looking for relaxation, water activities, outdoor activities or adventure, our location will allow you to fully enjoy everything the area has to offer! Other things to note INCLUDES -A pedal boat, two children's kayaks under 100lbs and a small 12-foot rowboat with oars. ( on the lakefront) - Two paddle board, adult life jacket (2 small, 2 mediums and one xxl), three tubes to slip in winter as well as some plastic sleds, sleeping and Frisbee games, snowshoes for winter and two forks for marshmallows. (All this is in the wood shed in the center and the key hangs next to the front door) -Barbecue with propane (spare canister in the wood chede in the center) -Outdoor firewood located behind the shed. -Bois to heat inside located next to the patio door on the gallery. -Full kitchen with two fondue pans and a raclette stove, keurig and filter coffee maker, fryer air, microwave, dishwasher... -Sel, pepper, sugar, coffee maker filter, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, small and large garbage bag, dishwasher detergent and washer detergent. - Washer & dryer. -Shower towel, washcloth, bedding, dish towel, hand towel and rag. (I don't provide beach towels) - And I highly recommend water shoes because the lake bed sometimes holds a few surprises, such as lots of oyster shells and debris in some places. - Board games (located in the island): Poker card and token, Monopoly , Uno and … -Console WII with some game. - Smart TV, Blu-ray and Prime Video.
