Modern and spacious waterfront chalet Come and spend an unforgettable vacation in our beautiful cottage located on the shores of Lake Serein in Saint-Ludger-de-Milot. Nestled in the heart of nature, our cottage is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy outdoor activities. The space Our property has a kitchen equipped with essentials and more, a large living room with huge windows and a 10-foot ceiling and outside you have a beautiful terrace with picnic table and BBQ, a fireplace with chair and a floating dock on the edge of the Lake. It includes three (3) bedrooms with a large queen bed each, one (1) bedroom with two double beds as well as a shower room upstairs and a bathroom with shower including a washer/dryer on the first floor. The residence can accommodate ten (10) people to sleep comfortably. In addition, you will have an amazing sunrise view from the master bedrooms. Guest access Our cottage is located just 5 minutes from the Passes-Dangereuses ZEC gate and 0.5 km from an AXEP grocery store (daily menu, ready-to-cook and SAQ Agency), a baseball field, a tennis and Pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, Iron Games, an outdoor skating rink, a "pump track" course, water games and children's park and a municipal beach with two volleyball courts and a bar (meals on site according to availability). The lake is forbidden to gas-powered boats. This body of water is therefore a privileged place for swimming and calm and peaceful water sports. Two paddle boards, two kayaks for children under 100 lbs, a pedal boat and a small 12-foot rowboat will be at your disposal to fully enjoy the lake. Snowmobile and quad enthusiasts will also be delighted as our location offers direct access to the trails. (All of this is in the wood shed in the center and the key is hanging next to the front door) - Propane barbecue (spare tank in the wood shed in the center) - Wood for outdoor fire located behind the shed. -Wood for indoor heating located next to the patio door on the balcony. - Full kitchen with two fondue pots and a raclette grill, Keurig and filter coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, dishwasher… -Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee maker filter, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, small and large garbage bags, dishwasher detergent and washing machine detergent. - Washing machine and dryer. - Shower towel, washcloth, bedding, dish towel, hand towel and dishcloth.
