Bright Waterfront Getaway

This is a Saturday to Saturday booking only. If you enjoy a relaxing environment, with things to do and a beautiful view, you'll love our cozy cottage. The space You are certain to enjoy this cottage as much as we do! The inside is bright and open with two separate bedrooms. Above the living area is a charming loft containing a twin bed and a trundle and an area for coloring/playing, even a little place to hang our hammock and soak up the sun from the skylight. Outside, you can enjoy our beautiful view while relaxing on the large deck. The cottage includes everything to make your vacation stay comfortable and relaxing, including all appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer), Internet connection and satellite television. The cottage is fronted by the Pinette River which is easily accessed from the yard. Here you can dig your own soft shell clams!, sit and watch watercrafts and pleasure boats go by, go for a dip or you can venture out in the canoe (available for your enjoyment) or perhaps work on your yoga poses on the paddleboard (or not!). Guest access For your convenience, the cottage comes equipped with dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry soap, tin foil/plastic wrap, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper and a barbeque. The cottage has connection to the Internet and includes satellite tv. During your vacation, feel free to enjoy the use of our canoe and paddleboard. Life jackets are also provided. Provided local fire indexes permit, free firewood is available for bonfires. Other things to note You will note that this cottage is not meant for large groups and we would appreciate our guests following the no smoking/no partying rule. Also, no pets are allowed. Please be advised that the stairs to the loft are steep and are not meant for young children, unless supervised by an adult. We are a seven day rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 10:00 a.m. Rates June (1st to 23rd) and September (9th to 30th) - $1,000 weekly (plus 15% HST). June 24th to September 8th - $1,300 weekly (plus 15% HST).
