The bedroom on the main floor has queen bed and there is a kid's room with 2 bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor. In the back, there is a sunny 20x40 salt water pool, chaise lounges, and umbrellas for maximum relaxation. Fully fenced, very private backyard surrounded by mature trees that backs up to a nature preserve for privacy in a quiet neighborhood. Newly renovated 800 square foot deck with gas grill, covered pergola, outdoor dining, outdoor shower, and hot tub all within steps of the pool. Plenty of room to lounge while you grill on the BBQ and enjoy a peaceful outdoor meal. Brand new full sized washer/dryer. Gaze at the stars at night from the hot tub and illuminated pool. Other things to note Our home is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing stay and is centrally located for exploring the Hamptons. In an effort to respect our neighbors and community, we do not allow parties or gatherings at our home. Please note that there will be additional cleaning fees (including pool care) for longer stays.
