We also have available on the same land, two apartments type Duplex, with a distribution of a double room and dining room-kitchen. There is also a balcony overlooking the two pools. After COVID, the owners live on the first level of the cabin and give more personalized support to their guests in terms of accompanying them to tourist places in the area and guaranteeing electricity and water services for consumption in the bathrooms. Also, pool maintenance and care for fish and some pets. Guest access It has common leisure areas for all vacationers who visit us: a 360-square-meter room for social events, which serves as a terrace, dining room and for music or karaoke. Next to it is a volleyball court and a room for training and/or a ping-pong table. Also as a common area, the lagoon for fishing and a kiosk on the shore of it, excellent for reading and intimate conversation. Hot water services in the showers, wifi area throughout the perimeter and extra full bathrooms for when the vacationer is outside their bedroom. All in a 6,000-square-meter space. Other things to note The price of $220 offered is for a maximum of 12 guests per night in the cabin for groups. For cost reasons, we work with that standard. Additional people pay $14 per night.
