Cozy studio in a quiet area close to amenities (bus, hypermarket, parks, etc.) on the outskirts of Nancy, 5 km from Place Stanislas. We offer independent, bright, renovated accommodation with a private parking space. The apartment is located on the ground floor, and we live on the two upper floors. Access to the private EV charger (Type 2) is available for an additional fee. Please request it when you book. The space The apartment consists of a main room with a sitting/sleeping area (TV + freebox), a work area with Wi-Fi internet connection, a dining area, a small kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (pods available), kettle with infusions/tea), as well as a separate relaxation/reading area and a bathroom with toilet. Guest access The apartment is completely independent, with a private entrance. Other things to note You can recharge your electric vehicle (Type 2 charging station on site) (at an extra cost).
