The apartment is located in beautiful Wernigerode, the gateway to the Harz Mountains. From the apartment, you are in the city center in a few minutes. The space The apartment located on the 2nd floor has all amenities, sauna with 9KW bio oven, massage chair and large bathtub and much more. All windows are provided with blinds. For bad days, there are board games and a PlayStation 5 in the apartment. Guest access Access to the apartments is via the back entrance of the house. At the back entrance there are key boxes which are labeled. You will receive the respective code before your arrival. Other things to note Maximum occupancy 4 adults 2 children 2 babies - baby cots are provided by us. Children's dishes are available. Or 6 adults Only dogs are allowed in the property as pets! For the stay, the respective current tourist tax of the city of Wernigerode will be charged. This is not included in the listing price and must be paid in advance. Due to a currently very high damage rate, we allow ourselves to additionally request a security deposit of €80 for the accommodation. This will not be charged via Airbnb. 14 days after your stay, you will receive the deposit refunded at the latest, should there have been no incidents.
