The space You’ll have the entire home (one unit of a duplex) to yourself! Relax in a spacious living room with a large flat-screen tv and ample seating. Or take your favorite show to either bedroom. The master sports a king-size bed and the spare has a queen. All TVs come equipped with streaming capabilities. Need more space? The couch is a sleeper sofa and the living room double doors can be closed to provide a more private third-bedroom space! Cook a meal or brew a pot of coffee in our modernly renovated kitchen. It comes stocked with all the necessary kitchenware and stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of room for a family meal with seating for 9 in the dining area! The home was built in 1900 but certainly resides in the future. Control nearly everything with your voice if it suits you! We've managed to combine the best of both worlds: historic charm and modern amenities. Guest access You will have access to the entire home (one of two units) via a smart-lock with a unique code to provide you keyless, self check-in. The building has a private patio area that is shared between both units (when occupied) and free laundry facility (shared between both units when occupied). While we do provide a visitor parking decal, there is no dedicated on- or off-street parking. The decal will allow you to extend beyond the posted 2 hour limit for those free spots with "Except with Permit E" signage. Both free and paid parking options surround the area. Depending on the time of your arrival, parking is generally a non-issue. Other things to note For your safety, there are cameras posted on the outside of the home, to include the entry.
