The space Our story My family name is PHAM. That is why I named my place PHAM. Hotel & Views. It could be regarded as a small beautiful unique hotel situated in the heart of the city, or a homestay, or simply a home where you feel like your home. I care most about guest experience - how to make them feel welcomed, cared, relaxed, comfortable, and respected while staying at PHAM. The concept is to create a space which is very clean, airy, well-appointed, centrally located, spacious, functional, and affordable. That is why each room has a balcony and virtually everything you need inside the room. Our home has 6 nice rooms in total. Each room has a beautiful balcony, a bathroom inside, a spacious cupboard, only cooling A/C, large comfortable bed with four pillows, and bathroom amenities. Our beautifully designed steel stairs will amaze you. (No elevator) The first floor is an open-air space (of course no A/C) where guests can have meals (big fridge and eating utensils), work, or hang out with your friends. For our safety and guest safety, we have cameras on the first floor and outside. What I love the most about our place is the rooftop where guests can hang out with their friends or family members during their stay. What our guests enjoy most is our home location. It is located in the heart of the city. - Hai Phong Train Station: About 550 meters (About 5 min walk) - Opera House & City Parks: About 550 meters (About 5 min walk) - Local famous restaurants and shops: In walking distance - Co Dao Food Market: 150 meters - Nearby Hai Ba Trung Street which is a famous street for local food - Convenience Store (Circle K and WinMart): 50 meters - Motorbike/Car Parking Place: About 100 meters Staying with us, you make a right choice!
