Welcome to our house - Station du Bonheur Homestay - Trạm Hạnh Phúc in the center of Hanoi. If you want to spend time exploring and experiencing the culture and cuisine of the city, this is a great place to stay. ★ Station du Bonheur Homestay is an old 6-storey house that we renovated, located in the center of the Old Quarter in Hanoi, surrounded by many famous tourist attractions, street food areas, convenience stores... With a clear address and easy accessibility, you will have no trouble finding us in the middle of busy streets. The house has some traces of time. We hope you will love and see it as a cultural feature of Hanoi - a thousand years old city. ★ The entrance to the rooms goes through a Coffee&Dessert shop, however it is very clean and does not cause any inconvenience to your stay. Our house doesn't have an elevator. ★ Our place is on a small street, so to limit congestion, please stop your car at the beginning/end of the street (only 80m from our house) and walk less than 1 minute to our house. Please let us know if you are bringing a lot of luggages and we will be happy to help. The motorbike parking is 80m from the house. Car/ motorbike parking (underground) is 150m from the house. ★ The homestay is in a small street, so it can minimize noise and be quiet at night. We can't ask for absolute quiet when choosing a house in the middle of a busy center. Hope you can well understand this and consider before choosing our place. ★ We offer the Airport Pick-up/Drop-off at a good price (pay by cash, much cheaper than regular taxi and top-recommended). ★ We also can arrange tours through Vietnam (Ha Long Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Trang An,...) bus, train, airplane ticket for you as we have a good relationship with one of the best travel agencies in Hanoi. Please don't mind to send me a message for your unforgettable trip! ★ 1 studio room has: - 1 King/Queen bed with mattress & blanket - One way air conditioner - TV with network connection - Sofa, table - Basic kitchen with a refrigerator, an electronic stove, pot, dishes... - Fully-equipped bathroom with water heater, toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, hand wash, shampoo & body wash. - Wardrobe ★ Free drinking water/tea/coffee on the 1st day ★ The laundry area on the 6th floor of the house is equipped with washing powder and clothes hangers. You can use it free according to your needs. ★ We do not have daily room service. If you need to make room during your stay (clean toilet, floor, kitchen and change bedsheets), please make a request & pay an extra fee of $7 per time. ★ Please text us if you need anything during your stay. Car/ motorbike parking (underground) is 150m from the house. - You can walk to the near destination, rent a bike/car or book a taxi/grab for the further destination. ★ According to Vietnam law, please provide photos of your ID/Passport/Visa to us to register temporary residence for you with the authority. ★ Guests can cook but please do not cook/bring foods that have a strong smell like: seafood, mangosteen, jackfruit, duriancurries, hot pot, grilled, curry, hot colors... that will cause odors in the room and will be difficult to clean. Recommend boiled foods or vegetarian foods are best. ★ Smoking is not allowed in the house. If this regulation is violated, the Guests must pay a compensation fee of $200 - $500 for the restoration, deep cleaning, and deodorization of the house’s facilities and utilities for a stay with detected smoking that affects the room conditions. ★ For your safety, we have installed indoor cameras that are easy to observe in common areas (stairs, the laundry area). Your room is completely private and for your exclusive use. ★ We are very grateful if you can respect the community. Please do not make any noise after 10 pm. No overnight guests that we are not aware of staying due to safety concerns. If this happens, we’d have to ask the guests to leave straight away as the policy is strict to protect you and ourselves. ★ If you come to Hanoi in winter, please check the weather in advance. Please remember to bring warm clothes to ensure your health. ★ Note: As you know, Vietnam is a tropical country. Although our house has regularly insect spray but can not control any time some type of insect such as: mosquitoes, ants, flys, etc.,...So, please understand if you meet these unexpected visitors. To avoid this, you can limit opening the door, or clean the room after each meal or borrow a temporary spray bottle from us.
