Chic/Patterned Studio in Center/Cool neighbourhood

The Newly reconstructed Studio flat on the second floor without elevator. The bulding itself is old but the studio is lovely. Lots of restaurants, bars, cafes around the building. Lidl is right in front of the bulding. 10mins to City Center and public transportation is right 1 min by walk. For safety reason we do not accept children under age of 12. Free parking during the weekend. Other things to note ❗️Please note that: ➡️ The flat is not suitable for parties. ➡️ Smoking is not allowed in the flat nor in the building. ➡️ You have to respect Quiet hours (21:00 - 09:00). ➡️ There is a camera in the common area in corridor for safety reasons. ➡️ Breaking any house rules might cause penalties.
