Casa Lo Re - first floor

Very pretty, recently renovated Liberty-style building in which one can admire 20th century majolica tiles. This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the first floor. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif. The space The intention was to create an atmosphere typical of the 1900s. The flat is located on the first floor of the building, and consists of: - Spacious entrance hall where the air conditioning is positioned to cool the flat. - Spacious double bedroom. - Small bedroom with single bed. - Complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet (the bathroom is accessed from the single bedroom). - Large living room with dining table, sofa, sideboard and TV. - Small complete kitchen with coffee machine and microwave. Finally a small balcony overlooking one of Porticello's characteristic streets. Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be asked for your documents, as per national regulations.
