The building located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, opened in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability has been taken into account and it is equipped with intelligent locks so that you can forget about the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy. Melenara is a quiet and very familiar beach, with parking and spa, with bathing service, adapted for disabled people, lifeguard service throughout the year, children's playground and blue flag.
