Recently renovated apartment in a historic late 19th century building with garden and shared terrace on the rooftops of Piacenza. Located a stone's throw from Piazza Cavalli on one of the oldest and most beautiful streets in the city's historic center. Bars, trattorias, inns, grocery stores, and shopping streets are in the immediate vicinity. The space This bright apartment is located on the second floor of an old building from the late nineteenth century with eight residential units. It is accessed from a wooden door, open from morning to evening, and from a wrought iron gate (always closed to ensure privacy and security) both original from the period. The staircase leading to the house is illuminated by electric lights and a characteristic skylight. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. The horseshoe-shaped building has a cobblestone and terracotta courtyard used as a parking lot for the owners' cars and bicycles by all tenants. At the bottom of the property there is a garden with roses, lavender and hydrangeas. Our apartment is located at the top of the main staircase [second floor] and is set up to accommodate FOUR people. Crossing the threshold of HOME 11, you enter a large entrance that allows you to enter the large kitchen on the left, while on the right, you enter directly into the TV room with sofa bed. The large bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom with SHOWER is equipped with personal hygiene products and is accessed from a hallway where the washing machine and clothes rack are located. All rooms, except the entrance, have windows overlooking the courtyard and garden. In common use in the building, there are two large terraces (the one next to our apartment is not yet furnished, but usable) allowing a view from above of the city's rooftops.
