Walk to local hot spots, farmers markets, and watch the sunset from the balcony while having a place to work from “home”, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, dedicated parking spot, and all the comforts of home. Comes fully furnished, ready for you to move in and enjoy a longer 30+ day rental. The space We like to think that we’ve “thought of everything” when providing a furnished rental. No detail left out, we try to incorporate what we think of as necessary for a fantastic stay. As much as possible, we try to put ourselves in our guests shoes and hope we haven’t left anything to wish for. Our unit has on-site parking for one car, inside unit laundry, and comfortable-firm mattresses-queen sized beds in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is dedicated work spaces. We have a balcony for some fresh air. You can watch the sunset from our dining room window while you eat your supper. The TV has streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. No cable. Guests have access to the mailbox to receive mail during their midterm stay. There are two beach towels and two folding chairs available in the unit for the park or beach outings. We provide an extra set of sheets in the unit as well. The AC is a window unit and we ask that you be mindful to keep it off when not using it, not at home, or not in that specific room. Guests will be responsible for the power bill past a monthly $150 threshold and pay the difference. We believe in keeping a tidy household, being respectful of other peoples spaces, and cleaning up after yourself and you should too. If for any reason, you don't think our place is suitable for you, please consider looking elsewhere for your mid-term stay. Guest access Guests receive access to the whole apartment. We live across the street should any need arise during your mid-term stay. Other things to note We live in the neighborhood that we are hosting! Living in San Diego is such a treat. The weather, the people, the city’s resources all make it very special. We have three small children and are both working full time but we enjoy hosting a rental. Especially when it’s so close to home.
