The private apartment sleeps up to four guests in one queen bedroom and one double bedroom. It includes a full kitchen, renovated bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free on-site parking. A dedicated mid-century dining room offers a welcoming place for breakfast, dinner, board games or conversation. Put on a record for a quiet evening at home, or take the complimentary bikes out to explore nearby trails. The enclosed front porch is shared with one neighbouring apartment, and the on-site laundry is shared with two other apartments. Downtown restaurants, breweries, the farmers’ market, UNB, the hospital and scenic trails are all nearby. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with advance notice and the applicable pet fee.
