It's a lively neighborhood during the day, but much quieter in the evening. You'll have easy access on foot to a wide range of shops and restaurants. If you want to discover Papeete in peace and quiet, you couldn't ask for a better location. All shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Private, secure parking is available. Just be careful to avoid morning (6:30-8:00) and afternoon (3:00-5:30) traffic.
