Enjoy the spectacular view of Ha Ling and Three Sisters right from the living room. Just a 20 minute drive to Banff National Park. Home away from home! The space This lovely, well built home, is in one of the most active and beautiful parts of the world and happens to be a LEGAL tourist home that follows all of the rules placed by the Town of Canmore. The ground level has large 2 bedrooms, each with its own en suite. There is so much common closet space in the hallways and both bedrooms are well separated from each other. The third bedroom is upstairs which is on the third floor and it has a very nice sitting area and also has a walk in closet that goes thru the attached bathroom. There is fast free wifi throughout the entire home. There is a large functional and fully equipped kitchen to host a dinner party or two and to aid that is a propane bbq on the balcony. There is also an in house washer and dryer for your convenience. Catch the ROAM bus into Banff. Bus or drive to Sunshine, Lake Louise, Norquay or Naskiska for some fantastic downhill skiing. The world class Nordic Center is a 7 minute drive from this home where you can enjoy the amazing cross country skiing, mountain and fat tire biking. There are km's of road riding trails as legacy trail is right across the street from this home. Exciting rivers to go on different rafting and kayaking adventures. You name it and Canmore has it! There are 3 queen sized beds. No extra beds or pull out couches etc. There is a super comfy thick foam single mattress for those people who snore crazy loud!!! There is an extra fee to bring it to the home and comes along with really cozy bedding. Lmk if you're interested :) There are many different restaurants and types of businesses that I can recommend if you are looking for something in particular. Please just ask! There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in this home. Please use the deck and enjoy the views. Please take your shoes off when you come in the house. This is a Canadian custom and it makes the lives of our cleaning team much easier and helps keep the property in great shape. No big parties, small quiet gatherings are ok. No pets allowed. RES-11559 Guest access There is a shed in the back that you can put any extra toys (bikes, skis, kayaks etc) in. This is to prevent any scratches or dents that might occur if you bring the toys inside. There is a key at the front door so please just be sure to put it back before you leave. Other things to note Hand, dish and laundry soap are provided. Cooking oils, spices, coffee, condiments etc are most often stocked but sometimes they have been depleted. Please give me the heads up with the specifics if that's the case.
