The space Upstairs Area: -Spacious living room with comfortable seating, TV, fireplace, foosball table, board games, and an an ocean view balcony with café table and 2 chairs. -Dining room provides seating for six and with additional seating at the kitchen bar. -Wake up to a freshly ground cup of coffee in the complimentary coffee bar, selection of teas, or a healthy smoothie in the spacious kitchen equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, dishware and glassware. -Upstairs area contains a half bath as well.First Aid Kit is located in cabinet. Downstairs Area: -Two large master bedrooms – one with a king size bed, TV, and a small ocean view balcony, the other with two queen beds. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and shower, as well as large walk-in closet. -Laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. We offer 2 types of detergent-regular Tide and a Baby one (Dreft). -For your enjoyment, also provided are beach chairs, umbrella, towels, boogie boards, and various beach toys. Guest access *There is a private, secured 2 car garage within the unit for easy access, eliminating the need for street parking. A remote for opening the garage will be provided. *You will need to climb stairs to access the townhouse from outside as well as inside the unit. *PLEASE NOTE: It is a 3 story place (including the garage level), living room , kitchen , dining room and powder room are on the top floor, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room are on the middle floor. *Home is equipped with Smart Lock on the front door for easy check in/out. You will receive a custom 4-digit code prior to your check in. Other things to note *The unit comes with high-speed internet access. *Two smart TVs, allowing access to any of your favorite streaming services. Please note that while there are a limited number of free live TV channels available, each TV will require you to log in to your respective streaming account; logins will not be provided. *We ask that you please respect the community as it is a residential area – we have a strict quiet time policy between the hours of 10PM – 8AM. *Absolutely no noisy parties or large gatherings that may become a disturbance – please use common sense.
