The space Here at Juju’s Nest you will have a private bedroom and share the house with the owners, 3 dogs & 6 cats all friendly and cute The exterior of the main house is left In its natural colour, creating an overall raw and natural aesthetic. Living room and restrooms have marble flooring. majority of the furniture is hand made with reclaimed timber collected from our garden forming an earthy interior that blends with the surrounding natural elements, resulting to a peaceful and cooler environment. The common area comprises the dining and living room that connects to our outdoor cafe facing the serene garden with mango trees, hammocks, swings and bonfire. *STRICT CHECK IN TIME BETWEEN 1-3PM ONLY! Unless we are informed ahead of time for any emergencies (will subject to owner’s time availability ) Its a HOMESTAY, We don’t have a receptionists to assist you. Guest access Stay at Juju’s Nest and enjoy our guest rooms on the 2nd floor, with 1 shared common toilet and bath. Relax on the balcony overlooking our Chico and Mango Trees, or unwind in the entertainment area with TV Netflix or Analog Mixer. Guests can also use our fast wifi and work station. We offer a brewed or instant coffee, tea, and cookies. The entire property sits on a 2500sqm with a large garden, spacious parking lot, and access to amenities like indoor/outdoor lounges, bonfire, bbq grill,hammocks, sun beds, a small library, board games, musical instruments, and a kitchen for minimal cooking. access the beach through our back gate, just a 2-minute walk away (100-150meter) During your stay Owner lives on the same house, can be easily contacted Other things to note Booking & Identification: For security and privacy, only the guest staying may make a reservation. Bookings for friends, helpers, nannies, or drivers aren’t allowed. All reservations must be verified with ID via Airbnb. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is at 1 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Early or late check-in/out is ₱400 per person. Please be on time to help us welcome all guests smoothly. Pets: We have friendly pets on the property—please keep the main gate closed. Smoking & Eating: Smoking or vaping is allowed only in outdoor areas. Please eat at dining or outdoor tables—no eating in the rooms. Visitors & Sleepovers: Visitors are welcome until 3 PM in outdoor areas only. Sleepovers for non-guests need prior arrangement with a minimum nightly fee. Noise & Respect: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Cleanliness & Safety: Our homestay is self-service—clean as you go. Waste segregation is required, and JUJU’S NEST is a drug-free zone.
