Located in Building 3, this Second-floor condo is highly desired due to its private location and close proximity to the boardwalk, beach and pools. The condo is conveniently located two doors from the laundry facility with new commercial machines, credit card operated. While here, enjoy the onsite amenities including six indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, racquetball, a gym, volleyball, and horseshoe pits. The complex currently does not charge for parking. You will need to show them your check-in information to get a parking slip and register with them! This condo is part of the Plantation East set of buildings which are to the left past the guard. Building one is the furthest one on the left. This condo is on far right side of the building as your drive-in. Parking is in on a first come, first serve basis. Park and go up the elevator or stairs.
