Come in and be greeted by a charming space, elegantly decorated to ensure your comfort. The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette, allowing you to prepare simple meals and snacks at your leisure. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, providing a refreshing start to the day or a relaxing end to the afternoon. You'll sleep in the king-size double bed, ensuring a good night's rest before exploring all that Porto has to offer. In the morning, enjoy a cup of freshly brewed coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine, while enjoying the stunning city views. Convenience is key, and this studio offers a supermarket in the building and the possibility of a parking space for €15/day (consult us first!), so you can easily stock up on essential goods and park your car, since you can easily explore the city on foot. Whether you're here for a romantic getaway or a business trip, this studio is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Porto. Other things to note CHECK-IN * Personal check-in: in the same building, in the office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. * Self check-in: directly at the accommodation, upon instructions sent. Check-in requires prior registration of all guests! So we need you to send us the data in a timely manner! - EARLY CHECK-IN Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. to ensure we have time to prepare the accommodation for your stay. Upon availability, it may be possible to enter before this time. Check-ins between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. have an additional cost of €20, as we will make sure it is ready and block the day for your stay. - LATE CHECK-OUT Check-out from the accommodation is by 10:00 a.m. so we have time to prepare the accommodation for the next guests within the daily cleaning schedule. If the accommodation is available, it may be possible to leave later (until 1:00 p.m.) upon payment of 50% of the daily rate. For check-outs after 1:00 p.m., you must book one more day or we will charge one more day (we will block the calendar so no one else can book the accommodation). PARKING Parking is available in the building's garage for €15/day. First come, first served! So, ask before you book! AMENITIES The property is ''Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day hygiene products such as toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. BED LINEN AND TOWELS 1 set of bed linen and 1 set of 2 towels per person are provided for your stay. PORTABLE BABY CRIB The accommodation has a baby bed available upon prior reservation. CLEANING DURING THE STAY The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning.
