The space Main Floor Guest Suite with Magnificent Garden View, Fully Equipped Kitchen, feature a Loft style bedroom. The suite is decently sound proofed, and privately situated in the corner of the House. This guest suite is part of the main house with “SEPARATE” entrances. Therefore, there is privacy in entry/exit to the suite. It is NOT A BASEMENT. ALL THE PHOTOS in the listing are privately used by the guest and it is not shared. The couch in the photo can be converted into bed. 15-20mins walk OR 3 mins drive to the nearest supermarket and pharmacy , several restaurants in the vicinity. Bus stop right outside the property , look at the bus app for bus timings /google . Serene residential surroundings , good for walks in the morning and evening. Guest access Guests have Access to the following: (While Facing the House) -Must park in the garage with code to access (right) - Private walkway to the right - Private Patio with direct access to Guest Suite - Separate Entrance at the back - Back Yard Garden View (Guest may see us there once in a while doing gardening/ cleaning up) -Washer and Dryer machine available in suite for private use. Please use washer and dryer between 7pm and 6am only. Detail Description shall be provided prior to arrival, we ask our Guest to be patient, as we are still new to this. Nevertheless, do not hesitate to reach out via phone / message. Other things to note Extra Charges & Penalty: 1). Unapproved extra guests fee: $50/ Person Per Day 2). No parties or any other loud noise which may disturb other residents. Fees are charged for noise complaints received after 9:00pm 3). No smoking of any kind are allowed (Penalty Charges applied for removing any odor). $500/ incident. 4). Extra cleaning fees will be charged for stubborn stains caused by eating and drinking on sofa, beds, carpet, and etc. $50/ Spots 5). The check-out time is 11 am. An Extra will be charged for late check-out without notice. $50 / hour 6). To avoid additional cleaning fees, please make sure that there is no leftover food or uncleaned dishes. 7). Security cameras are strategically positioned throughout the public areas surrounding the property premises. The purpose of these cameras is to ensure the safety of our guests and prevent any breaches of the established rules. The recorded video clips are strictly used for internal purposes and are not shared with any external parties. Guests are strictly prohibited from attempting to disable or tamper with the cameras. Engaging in such activities may result in the guest being immediately expelled from the property without any refund. Note that supplies provided and already placed in the suite before check in are complimentary . Any additional request for supplies will be charged.
