Relax with family and friends or work remotely at this beautifully renovated, historic beach-farmhouse in a quiet beach town community. Take a short, straight-line walk along paved sidewalks to beautiful Bayview Beach and Ferry Beach State Park. The beaches have parking with a short 2 min drive or a 10 min walk from the house. Grill in the spacious backyard with a deck and fire pit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There is plenty to do nearby in Old Orchard Beach, Portland, and Biddeford. The space The house is a historic 1880's renovated beach-farmhouse. It has historic charm with updated amenities. The stairs are steeper than newer builds so please keep that in mind, the house is not childproof. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, both with queen beds and window AC's. The larger green bedroom has a walk-in closet and a full bathroom across the hall. The second bedroom (blue walls) has a full bathroom in the room. This is a brand new queen bed. The third bedroom is downstairs on the 1st floor with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. Both beds are brand new. This room can easily be used as an office as well. This has a window AC as well. There is another full bathroom downstairs on the 1st floor. The first living room has a window AC on the 1st floor. The second living room has a queen pull out sofa bed that is brand new. The deck has seating, a fire pit, and a grill to enjoy the sunshine. Guest access Quiet hours between 9pm-7am. Please do not park in the garage, it is not for parking use. We have plenty of parking to fit 4 cars, 2 in the driveway and 2 to the left of the house. There is a cottage next door with designated parking. Please do not block shared drive space so they always can get out. The house has 4 parking spots on its own. Other things to note This is a quiet community that offers a great place to relax and unwind. If you notice a fire station on the corner, no worries, it is a silent/inactive station that won't disturb your stay. We have the yard sprayed for mosquitos and ticks as well. We will have yard service once a week, but we will try and make sure its mid-morning if possible to not interrupt your day. We will have plenty of beach towels for you!
