This charming studio apartment captures Scandinavian design and combines comfort and elegance in an unbeatable location. When you step in, you are greeted by a generous amount of light from the large windows facing the lush greenery outside. The underfloor heating provides an extra cozy feeling and keeps you comfortable all year round. To ensure a good night's sleep, we have recently installed blackout curtains, so you can sleep in total darkness. The cozy sleeping area has high-quality bedding and a comfortable bed that guarantees rest after a day in the city. The apartment bathes in natural light, which highlights its modern design and clean, minimalist lines. We have also added new door strips to make the home even quieter – perfect for those who appreciate peace and quiet. There's also a sofa bed for an extra guest. One of the apartment's highlights is the spacious terrace – a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while looking out over the sky. The kitchen is fully equipped for both quick meals and easier cooking. There is a stove, two frying pans, three pots, all the necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a toaster, kettle and microwave. Please note that there is no oven. The bathroom is modern, stylish and equipped with luxurious details for your convenience. Important information: The apartment is in a quiet area. Despite the proximity to Ullevi and Liseberg, the neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors appreciate a peaceful environment. We therefore ask you to show consideration for noise levels during your stay. In the common garden there are two apple trees, a pear tree and several berry bushes – feel free to pick and enjoy fresh fruit during your stay! Guest access You will have complete and private access to the entire apartment. Other things to note I am available by phone 24/7. When there is a concert at Ullevi, you may be able to hear some of the atmosphere and music! Our coffee is medium roasted and consists of 100% Arabica beans from the women's cooperative Unicafe in Peru. The coffee is Fairtrade-certified and roasted here in Gothenburg.
