A very unique Guesthouse for up to 6 guests. Located in the tranquil village of Collonge-Bellerive with views overlooking Lake Geneva, this newly renovated guesthouse boasts 3 bedrooms. Its a great place to stay for long or short term whether in quest of a quiet getaway or if you are in town for business. We are only a 14 minute Bus or Car Ride into Geneva's town centre, bus stop is a 3 minute walk away. The space This guesthouse is adjacent to the main villa on the property but has its own patio. Expect spectacular views of our wide open 6 acre field followed by the lake. The space is ideal for individuals who seek relaxed housing in the countryside away from the noisy areas of Geneva but with very easy access to the city center. The guesthouse is composed of 3 bedrooms ( 2 King size beds and two single beds ) flat screen TV, free wifi, free netflix, 2 dining tables, a complete kitchen, full size refrigerator, wine cooler, and double sink bathroom. For long term stays, cleaning, bed and towel service is complimentary every 14 days. If you would like weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly cleaning, please let us know as this can be arranged for a small fee. Laundry Service equally available upon request. Yoga studio on site with weekly group classes and private classes. Classes taught in English by Olivia. Massage can also be arranged on site on Sundays. Guest access The guesthouse, its patio, free parking outside the gate, our field as well as the two beaches accessible only by residents of Collonge-Bellerive. Other things to note BBQ on request ☺️ No pets or candles allowed. We do not offer visits of the property prior to booking. Please do not ask to book outside of the Airbnb platform or to pay cash. We understand some of you are moving to Switzerland and need an address to receive your work permit. In that regard, please note that it is forbidden to make our address your registered address/residency or to receive any mail at our address. Please plan ahead and make other arrangements if that is a need you may have. We decline all responsibility in case of injury anywhere on our premises.
