Casa del Mar is a beachfront villa located in the prestigious Conchas Chinas residential area. The villa features spectacular ocean views and private beach access. It's fully staffed with a private chef and maid 6 days a week to cater to your every need. The villa is located just 5 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta or a 20-minute walk along the beach to Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon boardwalk. Casa del Mar boasts all the modern conveniences, while retaining its Mexican Colonial charm. The space PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS ☆ Pool area with waterfall ☆ Dedicated terrace by the beach ☆ Palapas on the beach ☆ Laundry room ☆ Taxi service MAIN FLOOR Up a few steps from the street, the ground floor is wide open with a traditional Talavera-tiled kitchen and a spacious open dining area. The classical dome in the main living space allows a flood of light to cascade into the room and create the sensation of vastness, and the large windows connect you to the lush gardens outside. Also on the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a king bed and a single sleeper, fireplace and French doors opening onto the lush pool terrace and the Banderas Bay. On the same level, there is a large second bedroom with a king bed. Both feature beamed cathedral ceilings and expansive en-suite marble bathrooms. SECOND FLOOR Up a few steps at the rear of the pool terrace, there are two additional large bedrooms, each with a king bed, beamed cathedral ceilings and an en-suite bathroom. In total, the villa sleeps up to 9 people and each of the 4 bedrooms has individually controlled air conditioning. POOL TERRACE Immerse yourself in tranquility on our large pool terrace, nestled amidst lush vegetation. The calming waterfall and comfy chaise lounges invite relaxation. Indulge in outdoor dining against the backdrop of a stunning ocean view, a prime spot to witness breathtaking sunsets. Here, enjoy a peaceful afternoon with a cocktail in hand as you soak in the enchanting twilight glow. BEACH TERRACE & PALAPAS Right across the street from the house you have private beach access via our beach terrace. The terrace features a table with seating for 6 people and is surrounded by palm trees, a hammock, and a stunning up close view of the waves crashing against the Conchas Chinas rocks. This a fantastic to area to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset with your loved ones. We have two palapas installed at the beach area to provide you with shade while enjoying your day at the Conchas Chinas Beach. Guest access Our guests will have access to the complete villa, including 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room, pool and communal area. As well, guests will have access to the beach in front of the villa and can use the beach terrace and the two beach palapas. Other things to note ☆ Our chef prepares 2 meals per day that you can choose from our extensive menu. The house rate includes the preparation of breakfast (served no later than 9 am) and lunch (served no later than 3 pm). While the chef's services are included in your stay, please note that the cost of ingredients is additional. If you desire dinner service from our chef, there will be an additional cost and it will be served no later than 7 pm. ☆ The house staff is available from Monday to Saturday. Sundays are available upon request. ☆ The villa is located towards the end of a cul-de-sac and it can get busy during holidays or weekends. ☆ Please reserve the beach palapas with me one day ahead to ensure their availability. The palapas are ours but the beach is public and sometimes beachgoers use them if they aren't reserved.
