The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom. The walkout lower level features two additional bedrooms, a second fully equipped kitchen, and direct access to the outdoor patio through a sliding glass door. This unique layout provides excellent flexibility for multi-generational families, couples traveling together, or guests who appreciate having separate living areas while still sharing the same home. The house offers multiple heating and cooling options throughout the year. A central furnace provides whole-home heating during colder months. In addition, three high-efficiency mini-split heating and air-conditioning units are installed throughout the home: one in the main-level living room and one in each of the two lower-level bedrooms. These units can be individually adjusted for personalized comfort. The upstairs bedroom does not have a separate air-conditioning unit, but keeping the bedroom door open allows the living room mini-split system to effectively cool the space. Guests may also occasionally spot foxes, raccoons, wild turkeys, bobcats, and even black bears. Watching wildlife from the comfort of the home or patio is often a highlight of the stay. Because we share this beautiful environment with wild animals, we kindly ask guests to keep doors securely closed at night, avoid leaving food outdoors, and use the provided straps to secure the garbage containers. The lower walkout level includes two additional bedrooms, a second fully equipped kitchen, a second living area, a full bathroom, and direct access to the backyard patio through a sliding glass door. The home offers three separate sleeping areas, making it ideal for families, wedding guests, and small groups traveling together. The two kitchens provide additional convenience for longer stays, larger groups, or guests who prefer separate living spaces. Access to the property is through the main front entrance using a smart lock. Prior to arrival, guests will receive check-in instructions. To unlock the door, simply enter the last four digits of the phone number associated with your reservation. To lock the door when leaving, press the lock symbol on the keypad. The entire property is reserved exclusively for guests during their stay. No areas of the home are shared with the host or other guests.
