Big flat in lovely Victorian pub

A huge apartment above a lovely pub, The Rose & Crown, BS15 1BH. All newly renovated in 2023. 5 bedrooms, 2 bath/shower, 2 toilets, huge living room, kitchen, roof terrace. Beds for up to 12 (2 are single day beds in the living room). New, comfortable & stylish, but please note - there is a (civilised) pub garden below which is open until 11pm and a moderately busy main road in front (buses). So this won't be the most peaceful stay. Weekday bookings min 3 nights, or 2 night surcharge 🙏 Other things to note We would like you to be pleased with your accommodation. So we prefer to be honest about what you will get and not promise too much or gloss over things. You will notice that our photos are not soft- focus close-ups, they are what you will actually see when you look. Accommodation in Bristol is expensive, but this flat is at the 'basic' end. So we have concentrated on essentials. You should find everything clean and comfortable, but it is not luxurious. Please note the point in the main description about noise from the pub and the road. Please also note the following little details - Bedlinen is professionally cleaned but it is not ironed; Some of our double beds are 6ft wide (because they split into twin single beds) but our double duvets are only standard (small) double size. Access is via the pub yard which is not exactly pretty! - refuse bins and beer barrels etc are stored here. We hope this helps you know what you are booking.
