Private Guest Suite in a Garden Oasis

Peaceful, cozy and clean. This describes our home and acreage. With a view of Wood Lake from the guest patio, this intimate space has all the comforts you're looking for on a holiday. Guests enjoy a queen sized bed in their room, a three piece bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen, a living room and a private patio with a bbq. Throughout the space we provide thoughtful touches that bring our guests comfort and a positive experience during their time away from home. The space Our property is on a flat lot on a hillside with green grass lawns, a variety of fruit trees and beautiful flower and vegetable gardens. The whole property is fenced and our neighbourhood is quiet and safe. Guests enjoy a relaxing covered patio with views of Wood Lake. Birds abound in the summer months and butterflies enjoy the flowers. We feel as though our property is a little piece of paradise and encourage guests to enjoy the whole property. We are very close to five local wineries, the Okanagan Rail Trail and a 2-3 minute drive from restaurants and grocery shopping. The lakes are just as close and there are several options to enjoy beaches in the area which we'll gladly recommend. We have beach towels for you too! Guest access We are easy to find just 2 minutes off highway 97 and we send clear travel instructions to our guests upon booking and closer to their day of arrival. Parking is on our property on a flat asphalt surface and is easily accessible with the option of stairs or no stairs to get to the suite entrance. Guests access the suite directly from the outdoor patio. We have an electronic door code which we send to our guests on their day of arrival. Other things to note The bedroom is spacious enough to set up a travel bed for a baby. It's been done many times! There is no extra charge for little ones to stay in our home. In the great room of the space there is a nook with a single bed that can be made up for a child if need be as well. Just let us know when booking and we'll have it ready for you. If you're planning to bring a pet with you, we only accept dogs. Sorry no cats due to family allergies. We ask that you let us know that you're bringing a dog and we do ask for an additional $30 cleaning fee.
