Summer paradise in Kragerø

Great modern cabin, bright and clean, beautiful views, on Bærøy, in the middle of Kragerø's most beautiful archipelago. Great sun conditions and nice outdoor spaces. Only a couple of minutes walking distance to the sea/boat/swimming. Child-friendly area with loop football, playgrounds, and a nearby tennis court. Lots of great swimming areas, nice trails for walking and cycling Bærøy is located 5 minutes by car ferry from Kragerø. Can drive car all the way up to the cabin. The space 1. etg: Hallway, tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed (180cm) and 2 bedrooms with a family bunk (120cm downstairs and 75 cm above). All bedrooms can accommodate a baby cot and have a wardrobe. Open well-equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) and living room with sofa groups and dining table. TV/broadband. 2nd Floor: Home/loft living room with 2 beds, possibility for more mattress/extra beds, TV, gaming and playroom, office. Outside areas: An extra toilet with a sink with outside entrance. Private outdoor shower. 2 outdoor stalls for garden equipment and various. There is a terrace around almost the entire cabin. Sun all day. Lovely evening sun. Different sitting and dining groups/couch/chairs/hammock. Here you move around a little after the sun, the weather and the wind. Gas grill and pizza oven. Parking 20 meters from the cabin with room for 2 cars. There is wifi broadband connection and several channels are available Duvet covers, pillowcases, sheets and towels, the tenant must bring their own. Washer must be done by tenant Guest access The whole cabin! Other things to note You can either take a car ferry to Bærøy, takes only 5 minutes from Kragerø, or if you come in your own boat, it must be clarified with space on the jetty. We have our own boat that can be rented to boat savvy in August. A Nordkapp Avant 605. Must be arranged separately. You must wash out of the cabin yourself as this is on an island and difficult with washing agreements. All equipment etc are in the cabin.
