Newly refurbished 3 bedroom static caravan located at Parkdean Resorts Breydon Waters, 10-15 minutes from Great Yarmouth town centre The caravan is situated in a quiet spot on the site providing peace and privacy, indoor/outdoor swimming pools available on park, Entertainment complex with restaurant and bar providing entertainment if desired The space Newly refurbished 3 bedroom static caravan located at Parkdean Resorts Breydon Waters offering; - Free WiFi - Colour TV with Freeview & DVD player in the lounge - TV/DVD in the master bedroom - USB sockets throughout - Fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, George Foreman grill, kettle, toaster, oven, grill, hob, fridge & small freezer) but also comes with home from home extras including heating in the bedrooms and gas fire in the lounge, the following items are also available for added convenience and luxury: - Children's games and playing cards - Buckets and spades - Selection of children’s toys and books - Matches and a sewing kit for those little emergencies are also available to use - An electric fan and heater is provided for the warmer and cooler days - Hair dryer can be found in the double bedroom - Clothes airer which hooks onto the window - Iron and small ironing board - BBQ and tools - Shed to safely store bikes The site has an entertainment complex comprising of - Evening entertainment for all ages - Restaurant/bar with free WiFi - Children's daytime activities - Heated outdoor pool - Multi sports court - Arcades The site also has a launderette, children's play area, mini golf and a rental shop. An indoor pool and gym can be located on the sister site just up the road (a 10 minute walk) There are stunning surroundings local to the site which are great for relaxing walks, including Burgh Castle Roman Fort, The Norfolk Broads and a working Marina. Horsey Gap where you can go on the beach with wild seals on the beach is about a 30 minute drive. Guest access Sole use of the caravan Other things to note TERMS OF USE The price includes bed linen, gas and electric. Cleaning is an additional charge of £45 Entertainment passes are an additional cost which is paid direct to the park if you want to use the facilities, we will provide an authorisation form to enable the purchase. Pricing Peak season : Up to 6 days - £16.65 per person 7 days or more - £18.50 per person Pricing Off peak season : Up to 6 days - £9 per person 7 days or more - £10 per person When you leave after your stay please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it (e.g. no perishable foods left behind, rooms tidy and the kitchen/ bathroom are in a clean state). Please place all used bedding on the double bed. There will be some non-perishable foods available on a replace what you use basis. Any problems, maintenance or damage needs to be reported to us immediately, especially if found upon your arrival. There is a maintenance team on site so we will ensure any issues are rectified in good time. Blankets and cushions must NOT be taken outside of the caravan. If you use the BBQ, this MUST be emptied and cleaned before departure. Please ensure that all windows are closed and alarm is activated when you are not in the caravan, fans and portable heaters must NOT be left on. NO smoking or pets permitted in the caravan.
