Villa La Estancia is a stunning beach resort in Nuevo Vallarta that features spacious suites, delicious on-site restaurants, beautiful pool, upscale gym, relaxing spa, direct beach access with loungers in the sand as well as access to all of the amenities at the next door Villa del Palmar Flamingo beach resort. The space The rooms are 2 bedrooms connected by a small locked gate entrance with 2 doors. The first door is an entrance into the living room with a pull out couch, dinning room, full kitchen, laundry, full bathroom and the master bedroom with an additional attached ensuite. The other door is an entrance into the second bedroom that has 2 queen sized beds, a full bathroom, a mini fridge, and a walk-in closet. All 3 areas (2 bedrooms and living area) have access to one large private patio with an ocean view. The entire suite is able to fit up to 6 adults. Guest access Guests are able to access all of the resorts restaurants, spa, gym, pool, and beach! As well as access to all of the amenities at the next door Villa Del Palmar - Flamingos which include their restaurants, pool, beach access, nightly shows, and an amazing kids club! Other things to note There is an all-inlcusive upgrade, if you are interested! The all-inclusive package costs $110/adult/day and $55/child 12 and under/day.
