Vaulted ceilings, a living room fireplace, 2 first floor bedrooms and a new kitchen in this airy and private home. The house is a short walking distance to the indoor pool (open Labor Day to Memorial Day), a 2 minute drive to the large outdoor pool and splash pad(open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and just a street away from a beautiful state park with over 2000 acres to explore with trails and a sandy beach 250 acre lake great for swimming and boating. House is fully stocked with linens and soaps. The space Two bedrooms, each with queen beds are located on the first floor, and a bunkbed with twin mattresses are on the second floor loft bedroom. All linens are provided, including towels. Walk out from the sliding doors in the newly remodeled kitchen and dining area to the rear deck, equipped with an outdoor dining table, side seating and a gas Weber grill. Grab a throw blanket and your favorite treat to enjoy while relaxing in an Adirondack chair by the fire pit. The kitchen comes with a drip coffee maker, a Keurig, tea kettle, a toaster, a microwave as well as an electric stove/oven and a refrigerator. All cooking utensils are provided including pots and pans, cutting boards, dishes. Some basics such as sugar, seasonings, teas are usually at the cabin for guests to use. The living room has a gas fireplace to enjoy on cozy nights, many board games and puzzles, as well as a Roku TV. Guest access The whole house, a front grassy yard, a rear deck, as well as a large gravel parking lot for 5-6 cars. Other things to note Because the property is located in a private community, we are required to register you with the association prior to your arrival. Approximately two weeks prior to your stay, I will send you a registration form requesting the names of all overnight guests, your home address and email address, as per the association registration requirements. We pay the registration fee ($50), guests will pay for any amenity wristbands as needed. Adults are approximately $8/day or $35/week and children under 7 are free. These wristbands allow you to use the association pools, (indoor pool open Wed-Sun) beaches, rent a boat, tennis courts, etc.. You do not have to purchase a wristband if you choose not to use any of the amenities and please keep in mind the state park next door is free to the public, boat rentals there are private and handled separately.
